185/65 R15 is standard on the Toyota Yaris, several Honda City trims and the current Suzuki Swift. Moving to a 15-inch rim brings a firmer, more precise steering response than the 14-inch sizes below it, and the 65-series sidewall is still tall enough — around 120 mm — that ride comfort is not sacrificed for it.

This is the size where the H speed rating starts appearing as standard, which tells you something about the cars that wear it: they are expected to hold motorway speed. If you commute on the Islamabad Expressway or run the M-2 with any regularity, that rating is not marketing. A tyre run continuously above its rated speed builds heat faster than it can shed it, and heat is what destroys the belt package.

In practice this is one of the easiest sizes to shop in Pakistan because every major brand competes in it.
