Most problems are solved fastest by getting the car to us — we have the equipment here to repair, rebalance and refit properly, rather than doing a rough job at the roadside. If the car can be driven in safely on the spare, that is almost always the better outcome and we will tell you so.

If it genuinely cannot be moved, call us and we will talk through the options. What matters most in that moment is the first decision: do not drive on a flat tyre. A short distance on a deflated tyre destroys the sidewall and turns a repairable puncture into a new tyre, and on a motorway it is genuinely dangerous.

  1. 01

    Call first

    Call 0333 3996060 before you set off. Tell us the car, the tyre size if you can read it, and what happened. We will confirm we have what you need in stock so you are not driving across town on a spare for nothing.

  2. 02

    Get the car here safely

    If you can fit the spare, do — and drive gently. Space-saver spares are typically limited to 80 km/h and short distances, and that limit is real. If you cannot fit the spare, call and we will talk through what to do.

  3. 03

    Assess on arrival

    We check the damaged tyre and the wheel. Often it is a simple repairable puncture. Sometimes the tyre has been run flat and is beyond repair — we will show you the evidence inside the tyre rather than just telling you.

  4. 04

    Repair or replace

    Repairable punctures are patched properly, rebalanced and refitted. If it needs replacing we will show you what we have in your size, including used options if that suits the situation better at 3am.

  5. 05

    Check the spare before you go

    We check and inflate your spare before you leave. It is the one wheel nobody looks at until the night they need it, and finding it flat at the roadside is a bad time to discover it.

I had an excellent experience with CITY WHEELS - TYRE & ALLOY RIMS and would highly recommend them. My tyre burst on the night of 13th August, and since it was around 2 AM, I couldn't find any shop open or a replacement tyre available. I contacted Zeeshan, the owner, and he went above and beyond by personally coming to the shop and opening it specifically to help me. He arranged a replacement tyre, managed the fitting, and even provided complimentary wheel balancing. Everything was handled extremely efficiently and professionally despite the late hour. Really appreciate Zeeshan's dedication and willingness to help when I was genuinely stuck. Excellent customer service and a very positive experience. Highly recommended!

Are you really open 24 hours?

Yes — 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at Shop # 4, 5 & 6, Block 63, I&T Centre, Street 35, Bela Road, G-10/1, Islamabad. Call 0333 3996060 at any hour and somebody will answer.

Can I drive on a flat tyre to reach you?

No. Driving even a short distance on a deflated tyre destroys the sidewall and usually the internal structure, turning a repairable puncture into a replacement — and at speed it is genuinely dangerous. Fit the spare if you can, or call us and we will talk through the options.

How fast can I drive on a space-saver spare?

Check the sticker on the spare itself, but the usual limit is 80 km/h and a restricted distance. The limit is real — space-savers are narrower, have less grip and are not built for sustained use. Drive gently, avoid the motorway if you can, and get the proper wheel sorted the same day.

Do you have tyres in stock at night?

We hold stock across the common sizes in both new and inspected used tyres, and the workshop is staffed around the clock. Call ahead with your size and we will confirm before you set off.
