This policy explains what personal information City Wheels ("we", "us") collects when you use citywheels.shop, contact us, book a workshop service, or buy from our shop at Shop # 4,5,6, Block 63, I&T Centre, Street 35, Bela Rd, G-10/1, Islamabad 44100, and what we do with it. We collect only what we need to serve you.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Orders: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and order details.
• Service bookings: your name, phone number, vehicle, preferred time and any notes you add.
• Shop sales: when you buy at our counter we may record your name and phone number on your bill so we can find the sale later, for example for a warranty claim.
• Accounts: if you create an account, your name, email and password (stored in encrypted, hashed form), saved addresses and wishlist.
• Messages and reviews: anything you send through our contact form, WhatsApp, or a product review.

Information collected automatically

• Basic technical data such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Cookies needed for the site to work — for example to keep your cart and keep you signed in.
• Where enabled, analytics and advertising cookies (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel) that help us understand how the site is used and measure our advertising.
• Google reCAPTCHA, which may be used on forms to protect against spam and abuse, and which is subject to Google's own privacy policy and terms.

How we use your information

• To process, confirm, deliver and support your orders, including confirming sizes with you by phone.
• To call you back about a service booking and carry out the work.
• To keep sales records and handle returns and warranty claims.
• To reply to your enquiries.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to serve you, with:

• Courier companies, to deliver your order (name, phone and address).
• Payment providers, to process payments you make.
• Service providers who host the website, store images or provide analytics, acting on our instructions.
• Manufacturers or distributors, only when we submit a warranty claim on your behalf.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order and sales records for as long as needed for warranty, accounting and legal purposes. Booking and enquiry details are kept for as long as they are useful to serve you. Account information is kept until you ask us to close your account.

Keeping it safe

Passwords are stored hashed, the site is served over HTTPS, and access to the admin system and customer records is restricted to authorised staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices and rights

• You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the site (such as the cart) may stop working.
